2001 Celebration Sparkling Wine

This sparkling wine was established in the year of the millennium with the goal of producing premium wine. Our soils and cool New England climate are perfectly suited to produce sparkling wine being most similar to Northern France and other great wine producing regions. Our wines are made in the traditional method or "Methode Champenoise" restricted by the Appellation of d’Origine Controlee and represent world class quality and excellence. Our intention is to give you the best wine experience and we hope you will join in our Celebration.

This lightly acid driven wine, combined with balancing light tannins and fruity richness tantalizes the nose while leaving as delectable impression on the palate.

This wine is a blended of 60% Cabernet Franc and 40% Merlot.

2004 Pinot Noir

A new wine for Running Brook, the popular Pinot Noir grape has adapted well to the colder, shorter New England growing season and has yielded a wine of excellent caliber. It begins with cherry on the nose and a faint hint of caramel. The body is soft and semi dry, with flavors of dark chocolate and coffee. Its smooth finish has a hint of vanilla.

2006 Auslesen

Auslese [OWS-lay-zuh] is the German word for "selection." It is used in the wine trade to describe specially selected, perfectly ripened bunches of grapes that are hand-picked and then pressed separately from other grapes.

2005 Frost Wine

A late harvest dessert wine made from Vidal grapes and comprised of 10% alcohol, 10%sugar and 28% brix at harvest. Produced from ripe grapes that have been left on the vine and then frozen. The grapes are pressed in such a way that the frozen water remains in the press leaving juice that is highly concentrated in sweetness and acidity.
