Legal Age Requirement

WINES MAY BE SOLD AND DELIVERED ONLY TO A PERSON WHO IS AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. IN PLACING YOUR ORDER, YOU REPRESENT TO US THAT YOU ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AND THE PERSON TO WHOM THE WINE WILL BE DELIVERED TO IS ALSO 21 YEARS OLD. At the time of delivery, all shipments containing alcohol require the signature of an adult who must show identification proving he or she is at least 21 years old.

Shipping to a BUSINESS ADDRESS is strongly recommended, since an adult signature is required at time of delivery.

Shipping

We accept online orders for wine shipping to most locations in the lower 48 United States, however, due to changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. We will contact you by email if your order is negatively affected by new shipping regulations. We do not ship outside the continental U.S.

All wines are sold in Massachusetts and title passes to the buyer in Massachusetts. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. For more information about shipping orders for wine, please contact us at 508-985-1998.

Shipping Charges

The cost of shipping your items will be calculated at check out. The charges are based on the number of bottles ordered and the destination.

Processing Time

It is our goal to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of being placed.

Since wine is vulnerable to extremes in temperature, and we have no control of the conditions of a carriers warehousing facility, the day in which your order is processed may affect when you receive it. Orders placed in the later part of the week will be held until the beginning of the following week.
